The Vendor Pro plan offers additional features that aren’t available in the basic plan:

  • Gig Notifications: the Pro plan allows for vendors to receive email newsletters with new gigs. You also get priority notifications when a new event is listed that needs your services. 
  • Direct Contact Information: with the Pro plan, your direct contact information (phone, email and social media links) are provided to the planner so they can follow up with you right away instead of waiting on your response in our messenger. 
  • Unlimited Categories: Add special and unique categories to identify your business. These tags help boost your search rankings. 
  • Service Booking: Get booked instantly by selling your products or services on your listing. Planners can shop for services a la carte and/or purchase 
  • Member-Only Special Events: From workshops to our annual conference, The Vendor Summit, you get exclusive access to community events and opportunities. 

Vendors get booked for private parties, corporate functions, non-profit events, community events and other celebrations like holiday parties, birthday parties and special launches. Once you set up an account, you can easily customize the type of events you’d like to get leads for.

Creating a listing is super easy. All you need are your company details like name, location, photos and online links for social media and website to verify your business. 

Each listing has a built-in contact form that will notify you by email that a planner is interested in your service. Their direct contact information will be shared with you to follow up. Planners also utilize direct messaging for faster communication. 

Every vendor has to accept the Vendorspace Terms of Service when joining our platform. If you have any additional documents you would like a vendor to sign (for example, an NDA or service agreement), you can share them with the vendor via email when their contact details have been shared with you. 

Typically, it takes about 24-72 hours to review a listing. You will receive an email notification once your listing has been approved and added to the system. 

It’s important we keep the quality and integrity of our marketplace high. Some reasons your listing may be rejected: 

  • Not enough information provided. 
  • Contact details are not valid.
  • Listing promotes guns, violence, sex and/or drugs.
  • Your service or event does not interest our users.
