The Vendor Pro plan offers additional features that aren’t available in the basic plan:
Vendors get booked for private parties, corporate functions, non-profit events, community events and other celebrations like holiday parties, birthday parties and special launches. Once you set up an account, you can easily customize the type of events you’d like to get leads for.
Creating a listing is super easy. All you need are your company details like name, location, photos and online links for social media and website to verify your business.
Each listing has a built-in contact form that will notify you by email that a planner is interested in your service. Their direct contact information will be shared with you to follow up. Planners also utilize direct messaging for faster communication.
Every vendor has to accept the Vendorspace Terms of Service when joining our platform. If you have any additional documents you would like a vendor to sign (for example, an NDA or service agreement), you can share them with the vendor via email when their contact details have been shared with you.
Typically, it takes about 24-72 hours to review a listing. You will receive an email notification once your listing has been approved and added to the system.
