FAQs

Yes, it is free to list events. There is a service fee applied when bookings are finalized. If listing a vendor space or exhibitor opportunity, the service fee is paid by the vendor upon booking your event. If listing an event gig or opportunity to hire services vendors like DJs, photo booths, decor, etc., the service fee is applied to your booking fees.

You’ll need the following: name of the event, date, time, location, expected attendance, category and description (optional), flyer (optional), and vendor details (type of vendor needed, budget (if applicable), requirements or exhibitor/vendor rules).
